City Buildings and Facilities to Remain Closed

City Hall

City of Roseville buildings and facilities will remained temporarily closed to the public until further notice in order to align with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s modified stay-at-home order of April 30.

Conditions in Minnesota surround the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic continue to be dynamic. As the situation evolves and when appropriate, the City of Roseville will employ a phased reopening strategy based upon guidance from state health officials.

Thanks to swift early action in enacting the city’s business continuity plan, much of the city’s workforce has been able to conduct City of Roseville business from remote locations throughout the stay-home order period and will continue to do so. These efforts, combined with essential staff such police, fire, emergency medical response, and utilities remaining on duty, has enabled the city to continue providing the vast majority of city services without interruption.

Situation updates and health information regarding COVID-19 in Minnesota are available online from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) at or by calling 651- 201-3920. In addition to English, information is also available in Hmong, Somali and Spanish on the MDH website.
