Essential Services Remain Available

The City of Roseville has enacted a business continuity plan to ensure that essential city services continue to be available to residents.

Following guidance from state health officials, Roseville has closed all facilities to public access through Friday, April 10, to limit the potential for community transmission of COVID-19.

The city asks for the public’s patience and understanding of this action. Essential city services will continue without interruption. City employees will be available by telephone and email during the facility closure.

To maintain the city’s continuity of business, we ask residents to refer to the following information:

Vehicle and Driver’s License Services

To renew vehicle tabs, driver’s licenses or identification cards without coming to the Roseville License Center, visit dps.mn.gov for online and mail application options and a list of open Deputy Registrar Offices.

Passports

Visit travel.state.gov for a list of open locations. For questions, call the Roseville Passport Center at 651-792-7010.

Business Licenses

Utilities

For information on utility billing, starting a new account or closing an existing account, visit the Utilities webpage or call 651-792-7196.

Customers may pay utility bills online or by check. Check payments should be mailed to:

Payments made by check may also be placed in the secure drop box located in the parking lot near the entrance to City Hall (2660 Civic Center Drive).

The City of Roseville does not disconnect water supplies to properties for non-payment. Payment delinquencies for utilities are posted to a property’s taxes on a quarterly basis.

Fire

If you have a fire or medical emergency call 9-1-1.

Roseville Fire continues to be fully staffed and is operating under normal conditions without interruption. All fire programming have been canceled through Monday, March 30, including the Fire Explorer and Community CPR programs.

Parks and Recreation

All Parks and Recreation facilities are closed and activities and programs have been canceled through Monday, March 30. Refunds will be processed if a program or event cannot be rescheduled. Once the city determines when programs will resume, program supervisors will be in contact with details on program’s status and/or refund status.
