Roseville residents who still have leaves can take them to a free Ramsey County Compost site. Those sites will remain open until November 30, weather permitting. You can also contact your refuse hauler to remove brush, branches, soil and other yard waste. Garbage haulers in Roseville are required to offer separate yard waste pickup although they may charge extra for it.
