All Roseville residents are eligible for a $300-$600 rebate on their water bill when they replace an old toilet with a new water-saving one.
Homeowners simply need to fill out a one-page application and attach a copy of an itemized receipt and a photo of the newly installed WaterSense toilet.
The City of Roseville is offering the program in partnership with the Metropolitan Council. All homeowners are eligible for the $300 rebate, and most residents qualify for the $600 rebate. The larger rebate is available if:
The program is first come, first-served and is only available until funds are depleted.
The City of Roseville also offers rebates of up to $300 for the installation of WaterSense dishwashers, clothes washers, and irrigation controllers.
WaterSense-labeled products are backed by independent, third–party certification and meet the Environmental Protection Agency's specifications for water efficiency and performance. WaterSense models can save 13,000 gallons of water a year.
