January 31: All programs and facilities including the OVAL and Outdoor Skating Rinks will be open and on as scheduled except:
- Safety Awareness Class has been moved from Central Park Elementary School to the Brimhall Gym.
- Roseville School of Dance has been canceled due to the closure of the Fairview Community Center.
- Novice Speedskating Class has been canceled.
