Speak Up Roseville

New SpeakUp Header - web portal
Engaging Roseville’s residents and meeting the community where it lives are a key goal of the City Council. Since not all resident have the time to attend City meetings and participate in person, the City has developed Speak Up Roseville.

Speak Up Roseville is the City’s new engagement tool. The brainchild of the Community Engagement Commission, Speak Up Roseville is designed to encourage thoughtful discussions and two-way communication between residents and the City.

Speak Up Roseville will also serve as a gateway to resident collaboration by allowing City officials to seek public comment on proposals and ideas. Residents will also have the opportunity to submit their own ideas for community improvement.

What’s inside?
Inside Speak Up Roseville you’ll find two different ways to interact with both the City and fellow residents:

Discussions are designed to solicit feedback around a specific initiative. Discussions are guided by the City, which monitors the feedback and respond as necessary. Each discussion has one or more subtopics where you can add your thoughts or respond to other residents’ comments.

The Ideas section is a free-flowing area where residents can post or share ideas on any topic. Ideas can garner votes and residents can show support for ideas they like or comment on ideas. The Ideas section can also be used to pose questions to the City.
