Approved August 3, 2016, meeting minutes
The Board denied a request by Kirk Lewis for approval of a variance to City Code §1004.02 (Accessory Buildings), to allow a proposed detached garage to exceed the maximum floor area allowed at 3180 West Owasso Blvd (PF16-024)
The Board approved a request by Trisha Stefanski for approval of a variance to City Code §1017.16 (Shoreland Setbacks), to allow a proposed porch roof to encroach into the required setback from a city-designated shoreline at 1204 Brooks Ave. (PF16-025)
Meeting adjourned at approximately 6:50 pm
There are currently no Variance applications for October so the next meeting is tentatively scheduled for November 2.
