The staff and volunteers at Harriet Alexander Nature Center are working hard on preparations for tomorrow'sHalloween at HANC event. Here are some things we would like you to know:
-The time on your registration receipt is the time for you to CHECK IN at the nature center for the start of your Halloween experience. It is important to arrive on time to keep the event flowing within the allowed time frame.
-Only the people PAID FOR and LISTED on your registration receipt will be admitted to the event; there will be no walk-in additions permitted.
-All participants 5+ years old must wear a protective face covering for COVID safety for the duration of your visit – children under 5 years old are also encouraged to wear face coverings.
-The entire event will take place outside, so be sure to dress for cold weather. The walking path may be wet and/or slippery, rough, uneven and/or muddy. There will be one bathroom available, so you may want to use a bathroom before leaving home.
-You will be part of a small group walking on a one-way path with a tour guide to visit several story dioramas and activity tables. You will be led to the parking lot after picking up treat bags at the end of the tour, which will take approximately 30 minutes.
If you have any questions or concerns about Halloween at HANC, you can reach the event supervisor, Debbie Cash, at 651-746-4036.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!!
