It takes an average of six weeks from the date of application to receive your passport, so if you are planning a trip, visit the Roseville License Center early.

Photo Fee Available - $15
Federal fees must be paid for with a check or money order only. City of Roseville fees may be paid for with cash or Minnesota check.
The Roseville Passport Services Office will be closed Friday, December 23 through Monday, December 26 to commemorate the Christmas holiday. The Passport Services Office will be open on Saturday, December 31, but will be closed on Monday, January 2. The office will reopen on Tuesday, January 3 at 8:00 A.M.
